What appears on screen

  1. 0:00 — A shared starting point. The employee dashboard brings the sample lesson, quiz score, and checklist together.
  2. 0:05 — Your approved content. Fictional recipe references, a new-hire plan, and an ordering workbook illustrate the materials we customize.
  3. 0:11 — Short, practical lessons. The guest-welcome lesson explains the steps and includes a practice conversation.
  4. 0:17 — Check understanding. A learner answers the sample quiz. At 0:23, useful feedback and a 3-out-of-3 result appear after completing the quiz and marking the lesson read.
  5. 0:29 — A shared shift routine. The checklist updates from zero to one, then five completed steps.
  6. 0:39 — A starting point for coaching. The simulated manager view reflects the demo learner’s result. The other two rows are fixed fictional examples; no real employee records are shown.
  7. 0:46 — Made around your shop. The dashboard shows the completed sample. Your menu, methods, and approved procedures would shape your own academy.

This is an edited sequence of actual demo screens with synthetic voice narration and captions, not footage of a customer deployment. Lessons and quizzes support hands-on coaching.

Let’s talk about your shop

A reusable foundation. Your approved procedures.

Packages use reusable frameworks customized to customer-approved content. We agree on the scope before work starts.

What’s outside the standard scope?

On-site filming, extensive custom development, hardware, travel, and third-party software licenses. Additional locations and needs are scoped separately.

Services

Select at least one. You can choose more than one.

Add project details Optional

A preference, not a promised start date.

Please do not include employee records, camera footage, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Privacy, retention and unsubscribe information

We use your name, business details, location, selected services and optional project information to assess project fit and plan onboarding. Your request and the email permission wording/version are saved privately in the ServePilot website’s WordPress database. Only website administrators can review or export this list. It is separate from academy employee records.

We use this permission only for your selected services, not unrelated newsletters or SMS. To unsubscribe or request removal, email contact@servepilot.io from the address you used. We may verify requests before changing records. Unsubscribing does not reserve or cancel a paid engagement.

Inactive records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after the last project-related contact (or submission if there has been no contact). Website cleanup runs daily when site traffic triggers WordPress, and when intake or the list is accessed. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies until those backups are rotated. Our hosting/email providers also process technical delivery and security information. Short-lived, keyed security counters help limit form abuse; this waitlist does not store raw IP addresses in lead records.

This form does not take payments or accept files. Please do not send employee records, footage, passwords or payment details. The fictional Juniper demo separately stores non-personal progress only in your browser; reset clears that demo progress.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before your
next step.

What does joining the service waitlist mean?

It lets us understand demand and plan client onboarding. We discuss project fit, scope, compatibility, pricing and start dates individually. Joining is free and does not guarantee acceptance or a start date.

Can I select more than one service?

Yes. Select any combination of camera-based operations monitoring, drive-thru timing and self-service kiosks. Each service is scoped separately; selecting several does not imply a shared platform or integration.

Will it work with my current cameras or POS?

Compatibility must be assessed for your equipment, location and requirements. Share a general overview at intake. Hardware, integrations, third-party licenses and any associated costs are confirmed during scoping.

Is the academy demonstration a real customer?

Juniper Coffee is fictional. The lesson, quiz, checklist and simulated manager view demonstrate a workflow using synthetic data. Demo progress stays in your browser. Training supports hands-on coaching; quiz completion does not establish practical competence.

What do the academy packages include?

The proposed packages above retain their stated limits. Academy Launch includes 30 minutes per month of minor updates or customer-specific assistance. Academy + Manager Systems caps that assistance at two hours total per month. Operations Starter has no ongoing support. Larger requests need a separate scope.

How is the Founding Customer Pilot different?

The pilot is a smaller initial rollout: one location, up to 25 staff accounts, 10 lessons, five operating documents, and manager onboarding. It is not the full Academy Launch package at a discount. Pilot support terms and later pricing must be agreed before enrollment.

What do the manager tools help with?

Stock-count and ordering workbooks, new-hire coaching plans, and shift handoff logs support everyday decisions. The three standard tools in Academy + Manager Systems are selected and scoped together. Automated scheduling, payroll and live POS integrations are not included in those packages. Additional locations and account needs are scoped separately.
